For Li Yin, it is commendable that she consumes breakfast everyday. She consumes milo everyday which is good as milo is an energy booster. However, only consuming milo(Day 3) is not as good. She should eat more in the morning so that she has sufficient energy for the day. She also consumes little unhealthy snacks e.g. Ferrero Rocher and Oreo. Other than that she consumes fruits and vegetables regularly and this is very commendable. Li Yin made use of various HPB health tools to analyse her diet. her suggested one-dish meal contains a lot of vegetables, and thus fibre which helps her digestive system. In all, Li yin has healthy eating habits which are commendable.
