Gillian has very regular and consistent eating times. Her breakfasts are packed with energy. It is good that she often drinks Milo in the morning as it provides her with energy for the day. However, she lacks the uses of HPB's health tools and there is little analysis of her meals. e.g. She only used one tool-'Energy and Nutrition composition of foods'. Also, I think that her suggested one-dish meal is not very healthy, considering that it has high amounts of sodium and cholesterol. Although it is healthier than the two curry puffs, steamed chicken rice may not be very healthy too. However, for supper, she consumes fruits, which is very healthy as fruits contain large amounts of fibre. In all, she has very good and organised eating timings and habits.
