Angelia's blog is very informative and her analysis of her three-day diet is very well done. However, I think her diet is unhealthy. She consumes chocolate on all three days. Also, there is little to no consumption of vegetables or fruits. Chocolates are high in fats ans sugar. Thus, she should not consume so much chocolate, especially on 3 consecutive days. vegetables and fruits help in digesting of food. Thus, she should consume more of them. Also, her dinner is very unbalanced. She only had egg flower soup for Day 2, and two packets of Mamee ricesticks for Day 3, which are not sufficient for a growing teenage girl. All in all, her eating habits have both pros and cons.
